Who I am
This is my personal site, and I’m the one who decides what happens to the information below. For anything about it, email me at jigifari@gmail.com.
Reading the site
There are no analytics, no advertising and no tracking cookies. Pages load nothing from other sites: the fonts, images and scripts all come from jihargifari.com.
If you pause the moving parts of a page, that choice is kept in your browser’s local storage and never leaves your device. The site is hosted by Vercel, which handles each request in order to deliver the page.
Ask about Jihar and the job description check
Your question, or the job description you paste or upload, is sent to Anthropic’s Claude to write the answer. This site doesn’t store or log it: the logs record only that a request happened, whether it worked and how long it took.
To stop abuse, requests are counted per visitor under a salted, scrambled form of your IP address. The address itself is never stored, and the counts expire within a day.
Booking a call
When you ask for a time at jihargifari.com/book, I keep your name, email address, company (if you give it), your message with any links removed, your time zone and the time you chose. They’re used only to arrange the call: they appear in my private admin area and, as a placeholder, on my own Google Calendar.
Nothing is emailed to you until I answer. If I confirm, Google Calendar sends you an invitation from my account with a Google Meet link. If I decline or cancel, I may email you from my Gmail. Your request is deleted 90 days after the time of the call. Your email address is also counted, in scrambled form, for a day to limit repeated requests.
My Google account
The site connects to my own Google account only, never to yours. It reads when I’m busy (not what my events are) and adds or changes only the events for calls booked here. None of that is shared with anyone else.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete what I hold about you, or object to how it’s used, by emailing jigifari@gmail.com. If you’re not happy with my answer, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
